Aid Stations

  • There are 7 aid stations with water and Gatordade starting at about mile 2.2. Fresh Florida oranges will be available starting at aid station #2 (mile 4.5). There is a combination of permanent facilities and portalets available along the courses.

Athletes who feel they will need additional hydration than what we provide are welcome to make their own arrangements, such as carrying additional fluids or having friends meet them along the course.

  • Medical support is available from ambulances stationed along the course, and at the finish line. If you need medical assistance, the ambulances will be mobile and ready to respond.
“This was one of the most organized races I have ever participated in. From all of the pre-race updates, to the race, to the post-race activities, everything was top notch. Thank you for a great experience.”
